Fly overnight to Frankfurt, meet your Tour Manager, and settle into Schriesheim. Cruise the Rhine past castles and vineyards, explore Heidelberg, then discover medieval Rothenburg and Nuremberg.
DAYS 05–06Germany & AustriaBavarian charm meets Alpine scenery.
Explore Munich’s Marienplatz before continuing into the Austrian Tyrol. Enjoy a day in your mountain village, or choose the optional Salzburg & Dinner excursion.
DAYS 07–08Austria & ItalyFrom Innsbruck to la dolce vita.
Travel through the mountains to Lake Garda and Verona. Spend your free day exploring Verona at your own pace, or join the optional Venice excursion.

Is this a good introduction to Europe?
The itinerary brings together seven countries, famous cities, smaller towns, and Alpine scenery in one escorted trip. Your Tour Manager accompanies the group throughout Europe, with free time for independent discovery.
How much walking should I expect?
Image Tours rates this tour “Active”: an average of 3½ miles of walking per day, often on uneven surfaces, steps, and inclines. If you have questions about mobility or the pace, include them with your brochure request.
Can I include flights from my home airport?
Tour & Air arrangements are available. Ask for a current quote based on your departure airport and travel date. Airfare, room occupancy, availability, and optional extras affect your total price.
Are the optional excursions included?
No. Excursions such as Venice, Salzburg & Dinner, Swiss Mountain, Swiss Lake Boat Ride, Seine River Cruise, Paris Evening, and Grand Holland are available at additional cost, subject to participation, weather, and operation. Free time is available if you choose not to join.
When can I travel?
The published 2027 schedule has departures from April through October. Request the brochure and current availability to choose a date. Itinerary details, prices, and availability are subject to change.
